The Old Dominion 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Veterans Business Outreach Center (ODUVBOC) exists to provide entrepreneurial development services to eligible veterans who own or are considering starting a small business. ODUVBOC serves Federal Region III which includes Virginia and West Virginia.

Funded in part by a cooperative agreement with the (SBA), we have developed an extensive network of partners to assist with your business needs. As part of the Old Dominion 91¶ÌÊÓƵ (ODU) Institute for Innovation & Entrepreneurship's (IIE), ODUVBOC's goal is to support the entrepreneurial efforts of veterans, thus promoting business innovation and strengthening the local economy.

The VBOC office is currently unable to accommodate walk-in appointments. PleaseÌý. The U.S. Small Business Administration requires all clients to complete this form prior to receiving counseling. If you are not able to complete this form electronically, please call 757-683-5505. On Fridays only, an administrative staff member is available at 112 Bank St. from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. to assist.
