Faculty Resources
Old Dominion 91¶ÌÊÓƵ is deeply committed to the success of every member of the Monarch community which includes our entire workforce.
The Office of Academic Affairs is dedicated to systemically building and maintaining a culture of inclusive excellence that values and embraces diverse faculty. Such dedication includes aligning our efforts through the university's strategic plan, evaluating our progress annually and adjusting our efforts to meet the needs of our changing campus.
Old Dominion 91¶ÌÊÓƵ currently has eight affinity groups that support members by identifying and addressing collective needs, providing peer-to-peer mentorship and assisting members in navigating the university. The affinity groups are supported by ODU's Faculty Diversity & Inclusion.
Juggling work and personal life has become an increasing challenge for employees everywhere. At Old Dominion, we seek to enrich the quality of university life by providing resources and programs to support faculty, staff, and their families so they can face today's challenges with resilience and grit.
