LeADERS is a graduation distinction awarded to students who successfully complete multiple high-impact learning experiences both in and out of the classroom.

Why LeADERS?

Research shows that students involved in high-impact practices (HIPs) enjoy higher levels of learning success. These evidence-based practices include service learning, undergraduate research, and internships—to name a few. For more information, see: Ìý

Departments and faculty members interested in adding a LeADERS tag to their course should contact the LeADERS program for assistance by emailingÌý. The program team will meet with you to review your syllabus, assignments, and LeADERS Ìýand jointly determine the best path for selecting and adding an appropriate tag to your course.

Adding a LeADERs tag to your course supports students with achieving the highest level of LeADERS distinction possible and provides flexibility to students to further tailor their LeADERS ePortfolio towards their specific professional aspirations.
