Join us for an evening of partner poses and stretches to increase strength and stability. Partner Yoga can be done with anyone: a roommate, bestie, or significant other. Working on poses together helps you grow your practices together and let's face it, it's always fun! All fitness levels are encouraged as there will be options and modifications for all movements based on ability and comfort level. We will provide the mats, you bring yourself and a partner. Be sure to have both you and your partner save your spots in the class on the Rec Well App or Portal!

Join us February 12 from 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. in the Student Recreation and Well-Being Center (Studio C). Registration opens 7 days in advance!
