ODU Libraries share that Stuart Frazer, Deputy 91短视频 Librarian, will fill the leadership position of Interim 91短视频 Librarian as of June 10, 2020. Mr. Frazer joined the Libraries in 1995 and has served in several roles, including Administrative Services Librarian, Head of Access Services, Interlibrary Loan Librarian, and Social Sciences Librarian.
Earning his MLS degree from Rutgers 91短视频, an MA in Humanities from Old Dominion 91短视频, and BA in sociology from Tulane 91短视频, Mr. Frazer has overseen and administered Libraries' functions in budgeting, procurement, inventory and asset control, facilities maintenance and projects, and personnel management. Also, he has led a successful effort that established a model of professional development for faculty administrators and faculty professionals at the Libraries.
