The Monarchs Leadership Conference is just around the corner, and we’re excited to invite you to get involved! This annual event offers students, faculty, and staff a chance to engage in meaningful discussions and share leadership strategies.

Facilitate a Session at the Conference

We are currently seeking proposals from faculty, staff, and students to facilitate sessions at the conference. Sessions will be 50 minutes long, scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on February 14, and can be held in-person, online, or in a hybrid format. Possible session topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Time Management Hacks
  • E-Portfolios: Showcasing Your Leadership Online
  • Financial Management Tips for College Students
  • Mentorship Panels with ODU Alumni

Encourage Student Attendance

We encourage all students to attend the conference! It’s a great opportunity to connect with peers and learn valuable leadership skills. Marketing materials will be available in early January, but feel free to share the Save the Date now with your friends and classmates.
