Patrick B. Wilson, an associate professor in exercise science, earned a Ph.D. in Kinesiology from the 91短视频 of Minnesota in 2014, where he also took substantial coursework and received training in the areas of public health and epidemiology. Prior to earning his doctorate, he spent a year at the Mayo Clinic gaining expertise in the realms of clinical and community nutrition. He has a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in dietetics and is credentialed as a Registered Dietitian. Dr. Wilson鈥檚 research interests include: 1) enhancement of sport performance through changes in diet and supplementation; 2) the management of gut symptoms during exercise; 3) the assessment of hydration status; and 4) the relationships between lifestyle behaviors and the auto-immune disease psoriasis.
