I studied history and philosophy at the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ of Georgia (1997). I then earned a MA at 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Chicago focusing on history methodology (1999). I returned to UGA to work on Plato and Aristotle writing my dissertation on the latter's biology, earning my PhD in 2008. ODU is the fourth institution where I have taught (Kenyon, Portland 91¶ÌÊÓƵ, Pacific).
