The official spokesperson and designated representatives of the 91短视频 are the Rector of the Board and the President. Except as otherwise specifically authorized by the Rector, the President, or the Bylaws or policies of the Board, no other 91短视频 official, faculty member, staff member, other 91短视频 employee, student, agent, or any other individual shall speak on behalf of the 91短视频, make commitments on behalf of the 91短视频, align the 91短视频 with any cause or position, or otherwise act on behalf of the 91短视频. Any action taken or commitment made without the authority provided herein is void. Except as authorized herein, no 91短视频 official, faculty member, staff member, other university employee, student, agent, or other individual shall give the appearance of committing the 91短视频 or of aligning the 91短视频 with any position or cause by the use of 91短视频 stationery or by the use of a 91短视频 title or position.
The President shall communicate this regulation to all 91短视频 personnel by including it in handbooks and in memoranda distributed to all personnel.
